Role Overview:

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Group Controller- reporting to Director of Finance to join our dynamic team, currently operating in Israel and the U.S., with plans to expand into Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of the financial backbone of a growing organization and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full accounting cycle across multiple entities and provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Monitor and control inventory and fixed assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance due to the company's unique hardware and service model.

• Manage, track, and support all activities related to the leasing of gaming machines, ensuring operational and financial efficiency based on ASC 842.

• Revenue recognition according to ASC 606 and deep engagement with the company’s business processes.

• Review accounting activities and support the development of cross-organizational processes.

• Collaborate on tax reporting and compliance, particularly for U.S. operations.

• Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure data integrity.

• Coordinate audits and manage external reporting.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

· Education & Certification: CPA certification, with a license in Israel.

· Professional Experience:

· 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting roles, including at least one role as an Assistant Controller.

· Experience in a startup environment is highly preferred.

· Familiarity with the gaming industry is an advantage.

· Technical Knowledge:

· Strong knowledge of US GAAP standards, including ASC 330 (Inventory), ASC 360 (Fixed Assets), ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition) and Leases (ASC 842).

· Strong knowledge of Israeli accounting and tax regulations, experience in U.S. tax reporting is a plus.

· Skills:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Hands-on experience with cross-functional process implementation.

· High proficiency in Excel and familiarity with NetSuite.

· Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong business acumen and an interest in engaging deeply with operational processes.

· Fluent in English and Hebrew.
