Description:

Abra is seeking a talented Salesforce Project Manager to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead complex Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycles
Oversee customer communication and expectations
Create and maintain comprehensive project specification documents
Conduct quality assurance of implementation outputs
Provide matrix management for implementation team
Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and deliverables
Coordinate complex data migration efforts
Develop strategic project management approaches

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce
At least 2 years of experience as a project manager
Proven proficiency in advanced project management techniques
Experience managing complex, multi-faceted projects
Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective project strategies
