CRM Dynamics System Analyst

abra’s CRM Division is hiring a CRM System Analyst to join our team in Haifa!

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst to join a team responsible for the specification and development of the digital assets of a leading energy company, working in a complex organizational environment with multiple interfaces.

The role includes analyzing business needs, defining business processes and system requirements, writing functional and technical specifications, and leading solutions from requirements through implementation, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and integrations with the organization’s digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze requirements from users and business and technology stakeholders
• Write functional and technical specification documents
• Define business processes and translate them into system requirements
• Specify solutions and customizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Define interfaces and integrations between CRM, core systems, and digital assets
• Work with websites, forms, and digital customer service processes
• Collaborate closely with development teams, QA, project managers, and business stakeholders
• Lead and support development, testing, implementation, and go-live processes
• Handle changes, enhancements, and improvements to existing systems

• At least 2 years of experience as a System Analyst
• Experience in CRM system analysis
• Experience working with Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce
• Strong ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders
• Independent learning skills, systemic thinking, and attention to detail
