Description:
A leading organization is looking for a Professional IT Support Specialist to work in a Microsoft environment, with proven experience in operating endpoints and providing high-quality user support.
Job Description:
- Technical support in a Microsoft end-user environment.
- Ongoing work with Windows operating systems, including installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Handling complex issues and providing professional and courteous service at a high level.
- Regular work with Active Directory and GPO – required.
- Responsibility for the organization's operating system upgrade process.
Requirements:
🔹 About one year of experience in technical support.
🔹 Familiarity with Windows operating systems – required!
🔹 High service orientation, ability to work with end-users, organization, and attention to detail.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in technical support in a Microsoft environment – a must.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and end-user applications.
- Experience working with AD and GPO.
- High time management skills, excellent organization and order.
- Strong service orientation and ability to work with end-users.
