Description:

abra SAP department is seeking an ERP Business Project Manager.

We are looking for a skilled ERP Business Project Manager to bridge business users in global subsidiaries with internal IT and ERP systems, ensuring effective execution of end-to-end business processes and requirements in SAP Business One environments.

This role requires strong understanding of ERP business processes, finance & procurement workflows, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into system requirements.

A full time, hybrid position, based in Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate end-to-end business processes in Finance & Procurement (Purchase-to-Pay)
Act as the main interface between global business users and internal IT/ERP teams
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear functional needs
Support and guide business users as a Super User in SAP Business One environment
Drive process improvements and ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business and IT in a global environment

Requirements:

Background as PMO / Super User / Key User in business systems environments
Strong understanding of Finance & Procurement business processes
Experience with SAP Business One – strong advantage
Understanding of integrations and API concepts
Excellent English (spoken, written, and reading) – working with global teams daily
Strong business and systems thinking
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder, global environment
