Vice President of Growth - Global Clients

We are currently partnered with a leading well-known holding company in the advertising agency space that is looking for a VP of Growth for their NYC office. This is a full-time role, hybrid 3 days on-site in New York, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and management of best-in-class processes for business development strategy and execution.
• Develop and lead our RFI and RFP responses.
• Build strong relationships within our agencies, networks, and practice areas to drive new business partnerships.
• Lead new business pitches from start to finish including the presentation development, process, materials, and other resources needed for success.
• Responsible for the intake of all new business opportunities that come through
• Responsible for sending/receiving all inquiries to/from agencies and practice areas regarding their offerings/current pitches
• Responsible for organizing and cataloging all pitch decks/RFIs/RFPs/case studies for re-use throughout the network as needed.

Qualifications:

• A successful history of winning new business and helping to grow existing client portfolios
• Ability to design, create, and manage the delivery of compelling pitch stories
• 8-10 years of business development or marketing experience in the agency space
• Exceptional leadership and management skills
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to travel to clients
• Exceptional communication skills
