Deputy CEO
An innovative and dynamic startup at the forefront of anti-microbial safety and hygienic for
food and healthcare facilities. The company has developed a patented technology for
antimicrobial coating of surfaces. We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary leader to
join our team!
Location: Jerusalem
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility of all company activities including meeting the commercial, technological and operational milestones.
Fund raising and ensuring company’s financial stability.
Lead the company’s commercial efforts.
Strategic Leadership - develop and execute a compelling vision and strategy for the
company's growth.
Reporting to: CEO, Board of directors
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior business leadership role within startups
(Biotech, Healthcare, Chemistry).
Strong background in fundraising and financial management.
Global networking experience.
Track record in successful negotiation of commercial agreements.
Strong leadership with proven record of leading teams and growing them.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate and
execute a compelling vision.
Passionate, visionary leader with a results-driven mindset.
Fluent English.
Expertise in health care and chemistry industries, with a deep understanding of their
intersections with food technology- An advantage.
