Responsibilities

Program Planning:

Develop program plans as part of the annual plan and for specific releases, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

Define program goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

Identify dependencies between other R&D projects and resolve potential conflicts.

Release Coordination:

Engage with stakeholders (Product, Architects, Customer Success, and L4) to ensure alignment of releases’ work with other R&D activities.

Monitor releases development progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.

Communicate status, risks, and changes to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and issues within the programs and develop mitigation strategies.

Implement risk management practices to minimize disruptions to releases’ timelines and budgets.

Resource Management:

Allocate and manage R&D resources, including personnel and tools to optimize program performance.

Identify resource gaps and make recommendations for additional support as needed.

Reporting and Documentation:

Create and maintain Program Management documentation. Generate regular reports on progress and key performance indicators.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure their expectations are understood and met while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Agile/Scrum proven work experience
• Experience of 5+ years as a program manager/PMO in SW development organization – mandatory
• Product Life Cycle (PLM) systems – mandatory
• Azure DevOps – a strong advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
