Product Designer

Navina is a fast-paced and exciting AI startup in the field of digital health. Navina brings physicians a complete, integrated picture of their patients in a single intelligible view. It enables them to identify the clinical data they need, making any case reviewable in minutes. The result is better treatment, reduced missed diagnoses and better economics for healthcare.

We're looking for an experienced Product Designer with a sense for design solutions and attention to details. You will take full ownership of the product design process and work collaboratively to turn complex problems into intuitive experiences and easy-to-use designs for our customers. By working closely with UX researchers and product managers, you'll be able to deepen your understanding of the complicated physician workflow and in turn identify the opportunities that Navina can fill. The Product Designer will be a part of the product team and collaborate with our medical, data science, sales, marketing, and R&D professionals.

• Responsible for the user experience of the product, working closely with engineers, product managers, medical staff and cross-functional stakeholders to define thoughtful solutions and design the Navina experience to meet customer requirements and business objectives.
• Design user flows, new experiences, and layouts that are cohesive with the information architecture and evolve with it.
• Define and design animated prototypes to help shape and drive Navina's vision and strategy.
• Conduct the full iterative design cycle - from functional design and interaction UX to visual UI and dev handoff.
• Participate in user research to identify pain points, needs, and motivations, and share those insights across stakeholders
• Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality.
  
  

• 2-4 years of experience in product UX/UI design preferably in b2b SaaS products, complex systems or knowledge management tools.
• Strong knowledge of interaction design principles with an understanding of user centered design methods to meet users' needs.
• Demonstrated strategic product thinking, making decisions based on impact for users and the company.
• Educational background in Visual Communication Design, Human Computer Interaction or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems and component architecture.
• Fluent in English, Effective communication and teamwork skills
