Position Summary:

As a Tech Lead at Sisense, you will play a pivotal role in steering our software development efforts. This position demands a unique combination of hands-on development skills, architectural insight acumen, and leadership abilities. You will be responsible for guiding complex feature development, enhancing our technological framework, and leading design initiatives. Your role involves mentoring teams, fostering innovation, and aligning technical strategies with our business goals. A successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in full-stack technologies, an ability to work autonomously, and a proven track record in leading successful software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct involvement in the development of sophisticated features.
• Lead the enhancement of developer experience, tools, and infrastructure.
• Review and enhance code quality, focusing on technical and design improvements.
• Act as the primary resource for feature design and technical guidance.
• Identify and implement technical enhancements, library updates, and infrastructure modifications, aligning with business objectives and timelines.
• Champion best practices in software development.
• Guide and mentor technical teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Develop and maintain a clear technical vision; oversee and coordinate changes.
• Adaptively manage product requirements, aligning software modifications with project timelines.
• Elevate the quality standards of our product offerings.
• Collaborate closely with product and UX teams, offering regular feedback.

Qualifications:

• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and soft skills.
• A proactive and accountable approach, committed to achieving engineering excellence.
• Ability to visualize the broader scope, with a keen eye for enhancing the entire codebase beyond specific assigned tasks.
• Skilled in planning technical designs and accurately estimating features in line with product requirements.
• Proven expertise in selecting appropriate technologies, leading design review sessions, and driving process improvements.
• Proven problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering sophisticated, high-quality products.
• Previous experience in a tech lead role, preferably with a SaaS B2B product experience.
• Self-motivated and autonomous, with a proven ability to work independently, and efficiently manage tasks and priorities.
• Innovative and deeply knowledgeable in technologies, constantly staying abreast of the latest developments and best practices in the field.
• Extensive expertise in specific full-stack technologies, including tools and frameworks like NodeJS, React, Angular, TypeScript, state management solutions, and package management tools.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related scientific field.
• Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
