DevSecOps Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced DevSecOps Engineer to join our dynamic team at Elbit. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our software development and deployment processes by integrating security best practices throughout the development lifecycle

The DevSecOps Engineer will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement security measures, automate security testing, and ensure the overall security

posture of our systems

Responsibilitie

Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to integrate security measures into the software development lifecycle

Implement and manage automated security testing tools and processes

Conduct security assessments and provide recommendations for remediation

Design and implement security controls for cloud environments and infrastructure

Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions

Stay updated on the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices

Participate in the design and implementation of secure CI/CD pipelines



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field

Proven experience as a DevSecOps Engineer or in a similar role

Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices

Experience with security testing tools and methodologies

Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation + IaC and Terraform

Knowledge of cloud security best practices (AWS, Azure)

Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Strong understanding of application security concepts and practices

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified DevSecOps Professional, CISSP) are a plus
