SalesForce Business Analyst & Project Manager

You can Expect:

• Manage the open requests and tasks coming from the business users, report on the status, and provide timelines
• Analyze the demands and potential bugs, understand the business requirements and come up with the technical solution and specification
• Work with Salesforce implementers, developers, and QA to build and deliver solutions
• Work with the IT stakeholders, external vendors, and business partners
• Design integrations with 3rd party solutions and internal business applications

Experience Required:

• B.A/BSC in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems
• 2 years of experience as a salesforce business analyst
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them to technical specifications
• Ability to manage tasks, provide timelines and status
• Strong data management and analytical skills
• Excited and passionate about technology
• App Builder/ Admin Certification – an advantage
• English – high proficiency
