Application Lead

Location: Beit HaEmek (north district) *we work from office*

Scope: Full time

Reporting to: IT and IS Manager

We are looking for a MIS Application Lead to join Beewise’s growing Operations team.

Responsibilities:

• Implement enterprise application projects, directing requirements definition, development,
• validation, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Assess user needs and system functionality; evaluate new applications, systems software,
• products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout the company.
• Provision, maintenance, improvement, and support of internal and customer facing
• applications.
• Create and maintain documentation of the system and business processes
• Implement customizations, custom objects, new enhancements, and system updates based
• on collaborations with end-users as well as business needs
• Keeping up to date with new technology
• Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience in application and information systems positions in a multinational
• organization.
• A Bachelor's or graduate's degree in programming, computer engineering, computer science,
• or a related field
• Good understanding of end to end business processes
• Strong background with ERP and CRM management. Experience with Netsuite ERP and/or
• Salesforce CRM – a major advantage
• Strong understanding of financial and supply chain operational process flows as well as Sales
• maturation processes.
• Multi-disciplinary, highly motivated with excellent coordination skills and ability to perform
• within a changing and cross-functional environment.
• Good Interpersonal relations and collaborative spirit
• Knowledge and experience with IT (Laptop HW, Networking, OS, Office) and Cyber-Security
• – advantage
• Excellent verbal and writing skills (English and Hebrew)
