Job Summary:

The Marketing Communications Coordinator will join a growing international team of change makers, actively involved in implementing solar electrification and water technologies across rural Africa. We are seeking a creative and passionate individual to take charge of our marketing communications efforts. Based in Herzliya Pituach, Israel, you will work closely with the organization's creative directors and external partners to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include crafting compelling marketing content, managing the organization's website and social media channels, collaborating with internal creative directors, and implementing public relations initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies in collaboration with the organization's creative directors.
2. Create engaging marketing content, including articles, speeches, and digital materials for various channels, aligned with the organization's vision and activities.
3. Oversee the organization's website, ensuring regular updates and improvements to enhance user experience and maximize engagement.
4. Manage social media channels, staying updated on the latest trends and implementing innovative marketing strategies to reach and expand the target audience.
5. Collaborate with the creative directors to produce impactful marketing materials that effectively communicate the organization's mission and goals.
6. Monitor and analyze the performance and engagement of digital content, adapting strategies as needed to optimize results.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in marketing communication, incorporating new approaches and technologies into the organization's strategies.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role possesses excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As a native English speaker, you have advanced proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking. You should have at least 5+ years of experience in conceptualizing and executing digital marketing campaigns, along with extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with various social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Valuable expertise in graphic design is necessary and will be considered as a significant asset.

Compensation:

Salary will be commensurate with experience.

As an Israeli organization, our management and headquarters are based in Herzliya Pituach. We strive to leverage technology solutions to maintain close contact among our team members, who are often on the move. Familiarity with communication tools such as phone, Zoom, WhatsApp, Slack, etc., and the ability to work effectively across different time zones and continents is essential for success in this role.
