Principal Software Architect

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Software Architect to join our CTO architecture team. We are looking for an architect with substantial expertise in software architecture, software design, enterprise integration and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Define the long-term technology roadmap and architectural vision, ensuring it supports business growth, scalability, and innovation.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as product managers, development teams, and executives, to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural strategies
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommend appropriate technology solutions to address complex business problems
• Regularly review and update the architecture baseline to accommodate evolving business needs and technological advancements
• Help the in analyzing and adopting new technologies including assessing and embedding startup technologies
• Lead and mentor a R&D managers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
• Define and enforce architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry regulations, security requirements, and quality standards
• Communicate complex architectural concepts and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Review current and future solutions, ask hard question and raise the bar on solutions designed by different delivery organizations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in architecture/ senior leadership R&D roles, with a focus on software product development and integration - a must
• Proven experience of working in both Enterprise and tech companies - a must
• Strong technical & leadership skills
• Knowledge in the AWS cloud environment and capabilities - a must
• Knowledge with system integration capabilities such as iPass, API Management, Pub/Sub infrastructure - a must
• Knowledge with at least one process integration capabilities such as BPM/BPA/WF/RPA - a must
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies - a must
• In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and DevOps - a must
• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure software architectures - a must
• Strong knowledge in SaaS product development
• Proficiency in evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and platforms based on business requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
