Bookkeeper

We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our Finance department, located in Tel Aviv.

Including 1 working day a week from our factory in Qiryat Gat.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with suppliers in Israel and abroad
• Receipt of purchase invoices and import records.
• Payments to international and Israeli suppliers
• In charge of card index coordination
• Handling credit cards and petty cash
• Ongoing work with banks
• Working with internal interfaces

Requirements :

• Experience of 3 years or more in bookkeeping type 2
• Experience working in a manufacturing company as a Bookkeeper- Must
• Good skills with Excel
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• High learning and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Adv:

• Experience working with SAP Business ONE software
• Experience in all areas of bookkeeping, including vendor payments management, customs clearance and inventory management.
