Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage affiliate marketing strategies to increase revenue.
- Recruit new affiliates and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
- Monitor affiliate practices and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize the program for better results.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align affiliate strategies with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with affiliate marketing software and tools.
Compensation:
