Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Executive Assistant role located in Lod. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for executive administrative assistance, managing import files and purchase orders, and providing executive support, communication, and administrative assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Executive administrative assistance and executive support skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bonus points for knowledge of ERP programs
• Bonus points for experience in import, export, and customs declaration
