Growth Product Manager

We're looking for a Growth Product Manager who has a passion for transforming data into explosive growth to join our Growth team.

As a Growth Product Manager at Loox, you will:

• Manage and prioritize the Growth roadmap.
• Develop and execute experiments to optimize conversion, revenue generation, and customer lifetime value across user experiences and segments.
• Use engagement data and in-product metrics to prioritize opportunities and resources.
• Define, extract, and monitor key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
• Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to monitor key metrics such as user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention to identify opportunities for optimization.

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in roles in product growth or in product management.
• Extensive experience in experimentation and data analysis with a successful track record in high-growth, fast-paced, and product-driven companies.
• Strong understanding of quantitative analysis, including data and visualization tools, as well as a desire to explore data and discover unexpected insights.
• Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and other data-driven growth strategies.
• Good project management skills.
• Results-driven self-starter with a strong bias for action.
• Experience with performance marketing / SEO - an advantage.
