THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Unity Developer passionate about game development to help build and scale our gaming portfolio. You'll be involved in all aspects of game development, from concept to release, working closely with team leads, developers, and QA testers using Agile and a quality-first approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with teams to define game specifications, design, and architecture.
• Implement best practices in game development, UI/UX, and coding standards.
• Monitor game performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for efficiency.
  
  

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Must-have:

• 3+ years of experience in Unity game development.
• Proficiency in C#.
• Experience with 3D graphics and physics engines.
• Knowledge of mobile game monetization (IAP, ads).
• Proven track record of developing and releasing games on multiple platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology: Kanban.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
  
  

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with VR/AR development in Unity.

We are a distributed team of more than 80 people, all working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our teams for 3/4 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best).
