Master Data Specialist

The Master Data Specialist supports the business by ensuring the integrity of a style from the time it is created, linked, and attributed through the full life cycle of the product. The Master Data Specialist supports specific areas of the business and is responsible for the integrity of a style and product data to support needs across the organization. Will works very closely with partners from merchandising, eCommerce etc. As the central point of contact for product data, maintain knowledge of governance standards and technology expertise to support the goal of complete and correct attribution.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Processes master data requests in line with Delta’s SLA.
• Perform data transformation as needed to load data into SAP.
• Ensure data integrity for new products, global vendors and global customers setup and loads.
• Drives internal control, regulatory, and process compliance through active understanding, engagement, and vigilance.
• Provides problem solving support, advice, and guidance to internal customers.
• Maintains a full audit trail of data changes.
• Provides timely and complete resolution of ad-hoc internal and external data queries.

• Able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with key stakeholders both within and outside of the MDM team to get the job done.
• Experience in hands-on and root-cause analysis skills.
