Gett is looking for a HO Legal.

As Legal consul in the Israeli Team, you will report directly to the VP Regulation.

You will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of legal matters in the areas of commercial contracts, regulation, data protection, IP, general disputes and risk.

There will be an emphasis on providing commercial advice on a range of contractual matters. You will work closely with and support various key departments, including B2B sales, operations, marketing, IT, and R&D.

You will draft and negotiate a range of contracts, including B2B customer agreements, supply partner agreements, vendor agreements, licensing agreements, and NDAs. You will also be expected to advise on a range of other subject areas, including ground transportation regulations and data protection and privacy obligations; to manage, and coordinate responses to, litigation matters; to contribute to a range of internal legal projects; and to assist with the development and maintenance of the company’s internal governance policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Skills, Knowledge, And Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience, with strong academic credentials
• An IL qualified lawyer, with private practice and/or in-house experience
• Experience working in either the technology transactions or commercial/corporate practice of a law firm, and/or in-house at a technology company
• Experience in negotiating commercial contractual agreements
• Experience of dealing with regulatory matters and data protection
• Strong communication skills and an ability to build relationships, both internally and externally with key stakeholders
• Diplomatic, enthusiastic, and able to meet challenges with a pro-active approach
• Highly motivated, with excellent attention to detail
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to find sound commercial solutions to challenging legal and commercial issues
• Ability to stay calm under challenging circumstances
• Ability to coordinate effectively across disciplines, gain trust and confidence with colleagues at many different levels throughout the company
• Clear and concise communication skills that present complex issues
• Fluency in Hebrew and English (written and spoken) required
