VLSI Architect

Autotalks is looking for an experienced VLSI Architect to join our VLSI team. You will play a key role in creating an Automotive solution that is deployed by the world's most prestigious carmakers. You will join our Operation division, working in a hybrid model: from our office in Kfar Netter, from home, or from our remote offices in Rehovot and Caesarea.

About the role

As a VLSI Architect you will lead the definition of our next generation devices working with multiple groups such as VLSI, Product, SW and DSP.

Position responsibilities include:

· Leading the definition of the SoC architecture end to end, from IP level to chip level

· Collaborate with Product, System Architecture, SW, and DSP team.

· IP selection

· SoC datapath definition and performance analysis.

· Define SoC’s hardware-firmware/SW partitioning and interfaces.

· Leading the definition of the Hardware Modem Architecture

· Leading the Hardware Safety architecture of the device

Requirements

· B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

· 5+ years experience in VLSI SoC Architecture

· 3+ years experience in Frontend design

· Experience with leading a definition of high performance SoCs, beginning to end at full chip scope.

· Experience with Architecture of low power devices with multiple power domains is an advantage.

Advantage:

· Experience with modem definition

· Experience with NoC, memory system design and CPU performance

· Experience with SoC data path performance analysis

· Experience with FUSA ISO26262

· Experience with Security subsystem
