Program Manager

Description

monday.com is looking for a Program Manager to join the cross company program management team.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic business mindset, the ability to dive into execution aspects quickly, and balance a high level view with attention to minor details. They will also have experience in program management, leading cross-functional complex projects, and be “hands-on” in all program aspects.

About The Role

• Structure the cross-functional operative plan including but not limited to product, engineering, marketing, sales, CS, CX, processes and operations - all to meet the business goals
• Verify and synchronize with all teams, projects, and relevant stakeholders to ensure the direction is clear and aligned with the overall strategy
• Drive risk and change management processes, reporting, and escalations
• Monitor and shape the plans, dependencies, and implications of the execution on the business results
• Serve as POC for the program for all cross-functional execution plans and related projects. Initiate and lead process improvement, alignment, and documentation
• Facilitate strategic discussions and be accountable for decisions made
• Reduce communication barriers and improve the collaboration between the different teams
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles
  
  

• 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional programs, preferably with large global software organizations
• Business/product operations background- familiarity with product launch processes
• Strong familiarity with cross organizational processes and operations
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams
• Strategic thinking and ability to dive to technical aspects quickly
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, that allow you to engage and align the organization across functions at all levels
• High motivation and a positive approach
• People person and a team player
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability and ability to deliver
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• B.Sc. in industrial engineering and management - high advantage
