UX Researcher

Role Overview:

• Conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative research, including thorough market and ethnographic studies.
• Conduct research to understand, test, guide and validate design decisions.
• Extract usability insights through self-guided play, validation, playtests, user research, and community feedback.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including science, R&D, product and other partners, to deliver seamless, user-centric solutions.
  
  

• Experience in working on top-tier UX (including HW products), experience design & design strategy.
• Deeply analytical, with a proven track record of influencing and guiding stakeholders through discussions, brainstorming, and conceptualization.
• Experience in consumer electronics products.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and generate innovative ideas and concepts.
• Excellent collaboration skills and comfortably partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Degree in psychology of human interaction or equivalent - Plus
• Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles
• Utilize a wide array of UX research tools effectively
