Responsibilities:

Managing operational projects from beginning to the end, which includes a wide variety of responsibilities, such as: 

• Vetting and briefing of security assets 
• Vendor and client communication 
• Itinerary risk analysis, mapping and research 
• Development of SOPs, response plans, mission execution coordination 
• Administrative project management work 

Requirements:

• Highly proficient in written and spoken English
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational & logistical skills with problem-solving abilities 
• Multitasking & ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines 
• Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities 
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to manage complex tasks, independently and within a team 
• Perfect understanding of office & work management software + organized 
• Experience in research, being able to find, extract, verify, and analyze open-source information 
• Bachelor’s degree - an advantage
• Past military experience in an operational position - an advantage
• Willingness to work occasional weekends
