Role Description

GLOBUS Worldwide Logistics is seeking a full-time Sales Manager in the field of logistics in art for our location in Ashdod. This is an on-site role, where the successful candidate will handle end-to-end sales operations, drive sales growth, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and represent the company's interests at gatherings, events, and other forums. The candidate will also work collaboratively with other departments, including product, sales, marketing, and customer service, to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing customer files in a shipping company
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, marketing or any related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating revenue growth
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills to a wide range of audiences
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills and commercial intuition
• Ability to develop relationships with clients, negotiate and close deals, and expand and maintain a client base
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with customers, suppliers and team members
• Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
