About The Position

As a System Engineer, you will be a part of the engineering team that leads the company’s technological research and developments in microalgae cultivation, photo-bio-reactor design, downstream processes, control systems, automation, and much more.

What will you do?

• Lead multi-disciplinary system-level features and functionality development
• Coordinate system engineering activities (development, integration, test, deployment, delivery) across the multiple functions within the company, its subsidiaries and sub-contractors
• Project management, including planning, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning systems – in coordination with our team and subcontractors.
• Overseeing the creation of detailed engineering documents for equipment and processes.

Requirements 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical engineering (advantage for a Master's degree in Systems Engineering)
• Experience in project management,  process design, process calculations, and writing engineering documents Familiarity with process control systems
• Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal) – mandatory
• Strong time management and detail-oriented, highly independent
• Willing and active team player
• Skilled problem-solver and analytical skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to find, understand, and implement theoretical knowledge
• Work onsite at Brevel’s site on Shekef and Kiryat Gat.
