Controller

A start-up company is looking for a Controller who will be a single function under the company's CFO.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of the global monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements for the company, in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to finance and accounting.
• Manage and execute day-to-day financial operations, including Treasury, Collection, Payroll, Bookkeeping, Budget Forecasting, Tax, and more
• Preparation of cash flow & burn rate report for monitor and Control and to support the deposit plan and currency hedging strategies.
• Monitor financial performances and provide regular reports
• Establish and maintain Financial processes for all Financial pillars
• Manage external Accountants based in Europe and the US
• Define and Verify proper implementation of the company's processes and policies (traveling, Order to cash, etc.).
• Streamline workflows, automate data entry, and implement software solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

• Experience at one of the big 4 accounting firms, in the high-tech department.
• At least 5+ years of experience as a controller in Global high-tech company.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a leading institute.
• High technical accounting skills- US-GAAP / IFRS
• High standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent English – written and verbal.
• NetSuite ERP Experience- Advantage.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Project management skills.
