Job description

Responsibilities:

Client Project Management: You will be responsible for managing multiple client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

B2B User Support: You will provide technical support to our B2B users, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Customer Portfolio Monitoring: You will monitor customer portfolios, identifying and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Report Generation: You will extract reports from our systems and present them in a clear and concise manner to our clients.

Customers Coaching: preparing and holding technical supporting sessions and product trainings to customers, business partners and employees

Product Analysis: You will use your analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our services.

Quality Assurance: You will approach all tasks in a methodical and structured manner, ensuring quality and accuracy in your work.

Requirements:

§ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

§ Fluency in English, with an advantage for other languages.

§ Good communication and interpersonal skills.

§ Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.

§ Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes, adapting to changing requirements as needed.

§ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

§ Education:

-         Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Economics, or Finance, or a recent graduate in these fields.

§ Working hours: This position is 80%-100% with some flexibility in the working hours.
