Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager in the Operations and Methods field for a large global company in Ramat Gan!

Job Scope: Full-time position based at the company's offices. Working as part of project management team.

Responsibilities:

- Collect, process, and analyze data for business insights.

- ⁠Build and analyze KPIs, monitor performance, and provide ongoing reports.

- ⁠Implementation of engineering methods and methodologies such as Lean Management.

- ⁠Write process documents, guidelines, and development requirements.

- ⁠Implement business initiatives, collaborating with global stakeholders.

- ⁠Project management from planning to field implementation.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s in industrial engineering and management - Must

* Up to ⁠1-2 years experiance as Project Manager/PMO - Must

* ⁠PMP course or IT specialization is a plus.

* ⁠Proficient in English - Must

* ⁠High-level Excel proficiency.

* ⁠Experience with Priority software is advantageous.

* ⁠Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

* ⁠Ability to work independently and in a team.

* ⁠Understanding of cross-organizational processes.

* ⁠Knowledge of process mapping, specification writing, and guidelines.

* ⁠Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
