Bookkeeper

Eitan Medical is a fast-growing global medical device company, developing and manufacturing innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions across the continuum of care- from the hospital to the home.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our finance team for a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Account payable process management for local and foreign vendors (including recording invoices, creating new vendors, and processing payments to suppliers)

· Record day-to-day financial transactions and posting journal entries.

· Track bank account balances and perform bank reconciliation

· Manage expenses, travel reimbursements, and related expense reports while enforcing company’s policies

· Record credit card transactions, invoices, payments, and monthly reconciliation

· Import/export recording and documentation

• Ongoing reconciliation including closing entries and cut-off accounts

· Fixed assets depreciation entries and reports

• VAT and ITA reporting
• Intercompany reconciliation

· Ad-hoc tasks as required

What do you need?

• Certified bookkeeper (level 2/3)
• 5 years of experience in bookkeeping (preferably in a high-tech company)
• Experience with ERP system (SAP B1 preferred)
• Strong technical skills with financial systems, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and meeting deadlines
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Service-oriented
• English at an advanced level (both spoken and written)
