Fullstack team leader

INGIMA Israel is looking for Fullstack team leader to lead .NET development team

about 40% Hands-on

The role consists of:

Managing a team of 6 Fullstack developers that also includes a QA tester. Assignment, prioritization and monitoring of team tasks. Regular work with project managers and system analysts, architecture team, infrastructure teams, DevOps and other teams in the information systems department. Responsibility for the quality of the products (conducting a code review), developing the team's capabilities in accordance with the technological requirements that will arise on an ongoing basis, responsibility for meeting the schedules and contents of the projects, ongoing reporting to the manager of the field of integration, raising flags and carrying out the escalation

Working closely with the architects to review and perform POC's as required for new applications and technologies.

Requirements:

• Academic education - in the field of computer science / industrial engineering and management / graduate engineer in computer major - mandatory

• At least 3 years of experience in managing a development team.

• At least 7 years of experience in developing .net #c, Java Script

• Experience in client side and server side development - mandatory

• Experience working with databases (mainly SQL) - an advantage

• Experience in developing REST API's, working with Micro-Services - a must

• Experience working in large organizations with highly regulated systems and heavy data processing processes

• Experience in developing cross-system processes

• Experience working according to Agile principles (including working with ADO, Jira and the like) - experience in secure development, cloud development - an advantage

• Familiarity with Open Source products - an advantage

• Familiarity with Low Code products - an advantage
