We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team who wants to make an impact with a purpose-driven organization.
Sr. Talent Acquisition Partners at Stratasys are strong talent advisors, sources and selectors of top talent that meet or can grow into the skills for all positions and align to Stratasys cultural values. As a market expert, this position will be responsible for developing robust and creative recruiting strategies to fill jobs across different disciplines.
This is a temp 8 month position.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and Human Resources to understand business objectives and translate these needs into creative Talent Acquisition strategies.
- Organize, plan, and manage the entire recruitment life cycle
- Establish credibility, serve as a trusted advisor to internal clients, and support and select the most qualified and diverse talent for roles.
- Provide relevant, accurate and timely information related to recruiting metrics and insights.
- As part of the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE), contribute to recruiting initiatives, including consistently exploring new and innovative approaches that improve Stratasys' employment brand, client service delivery, and quality of hire.
- Manage assessment process and evaluate skills and behaviors against job requirements.
- Provide a superb candidate experience and sustain a pipeline for diverse talent for future key positions.
- Ensure compliance and Talent Acquisition requirements are met for all recruitment activity.
Required Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5+ years full life cycle recruiting with mid/senior-level roles in a global organization
- Experience creating effective sourcing strategies to include passive candidate outreach.
- High-level English (written and verbal)
- Strong client partnership and coaching skills.
- To fit in you will be highly motivated and a strong team player.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Successful track record of managing and closing hard-to-fill roles.
- Experience with technical roles
- Possess the presence and credibility to win the trust of senior decision-makers.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity, knowledge of, and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
