This position is a unique opportunity for a period of six months, filling in for a team member who will be on maternity leave. It's a chance to make a significant impact in our company, with the possibility of continuing beyond the initial period

Responsibilities:

The financial analyst is a member of Medison Pharma BD team. He/she is an office-based professional with deep analytic capabilities and substantial financial understanding and capabilities in Excel. He/she is responsible for supporting BD market research initiatives for variable medicinal products and therapeutical areas by the incorporation of financial and operational guidelines into the modeling process to yield accurate projection and forecasting. He/she supports financial decision-making by the generation & Integration of analytics and financial insights

The Financial Analyst reports to the Director of Business Development.

• Building financial models in Excel based on information received from the BD market research team
• Deliver key financial forecasting, along with supporting visuals and insightful performance reporting and analysis to various stakeholders in the company including C-level executives
• Oversee and manage the continued development of Financial Forecasting, and Modelling tools of the organization
• Analyzing sales and profitable measures, and OPEX by comparing actual, forecast, and budget.
• Leading various ad-hoc analysis and process improvement projects to drive efficiency
  
  

• B.A in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Business administration (MBA is an advantage)
• Expert knowledge of Excel – A must
• 1-2 years of experience in a public pharma global company – An advantage
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel according to priorities
