About This Opportunity

IL HR Team is looking for an Junior HR operations and analytics to join the team. This is a diverse role and a great opportunity to make first steps in the people analytics field.

In this role, you will…

• Responsible for HR processes: Offboarding, Internal transfers, etc
• Responsible for designing standardized HR policies and procedures
• Maintain data integrity of HR systems
• Track and monitor HR processes (using reports and KPIs)
• Manage relationships with different functions, such as: Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Finance
  
  

In this role, you’ll need …

• B.A in Social Sciences, or any other related degree
• Experience in working with data, excellent in Excel
• Understanding of HR systems and processes – WD is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion in a complex environment
• Experience in working in an international environment
• Independent and with high attention to details
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
