Technology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technologist to join our Missile and space Division's for the role of Optical Coating Line Technologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technological aspects of optical coating lines.
• Support development processes and transition to production.
• Address cutting-edge technological challenges.
• Provide solutions to manufacturing issues.
• Integration into R&D projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Electro-Optics, or Electronics - mandatory.
• 5 years or more of experience in manufacturing line support - mandatory.
• Experience in process development - mandatory.
• MSC degree - an advantage.
• Experience in FEM/FEA simulations - significant advantage.
• Familiarity with vacuum systems - an advantage.
• Background in lasers and optics - an advantage.
• High-level English proficiency (reading, speaking, writing)-mandatory.
