Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - FinTech company

• Strategic Leadership: Own and execute the global financial strategy for a leading FinTech company (~450 employees).
• Executive Partner: Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Board of Directors and Audit Committee.
• Full Financial Ownership: Oversee global Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Risk, and Internal Controls.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with EU financial regulations, including CBI, MiFID II, and PSD2.
• Growth Support: Drive international expansion, regulatory licensing, and M&A activities.

• Proven Experience: Background as a CFO or senior financial leader within a regulated FinTech or financial services company.
• Regulatory Mastery: Hands-on experience working under the Central Bank of EU regulators.
• Financial Scale: Track record of managing corporate revenues in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
• Execution Style: Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
• Language & Credentials: Complete fluency in English; CPA, ACCA, or CFA qualification is a strong advantage
