Technical Writer

Horizon Electronics is a leading supplier of power solutions located in Petah Tikva. We offer both standard and customized solutions based on our development and manufacturing capabilities to meet various harsh environment and commercial needs.

Our clients include Elbit, I.A.I. (Isareli Aerospace Industries), and Rafael, among others. We are also proud distributor of several power supply technologies. We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team.

Scope of work

Preparation of assembly production files of electro-mechanical systems, developed in our R&D
department.
Learning the assembly process and guiding the
production department.
Updating production files and procedures in
.accordance with engineering change instructions Preparation of harness diagrams and use of, electrical schematics, wiring schematics and 3D modules.
Preparation of test procedures and quality procedures to support assembly procedure.
Using an ERP system in terms of building bill of materials and product tree.

Qualifications & Skills requirements

Practical Engineer in the fields of electronics or other industry related degree - Must
Good practice with Microsoft Office applications
Word, Excel, Power point - Must
Experience in the technology industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand highly technical information
Good practice with schematics and drawing
applications.
