Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Marketing manager to join us.
As a Senior Marketing manager, you should demonstrate high professional and interpersonal skills, and always strive for excellence. You will own and lead the marketing-related processes starting from the planning phase, through product, industry and competitors research all to way to a successful implementation via inbound and outbound marketing campaigns. On this role you will report directly to the VP Marketing and works closely with the Product, Sales, Customer Success and other teams in the company.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth marketing understanding, as well as the hands-on ability to execute the planned ideas.
How your day to day as Marketing manager will look like?
- You will develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline creation.
- Plan and deliver highly effective campaigns in various digital marketing channels: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook.
- Promote via the website and inbound email campaigns Product releases, events invites, webinars, articles, etc.
- Work with 3rd party partners, creating collaborations for content, new channels, relevant brand exposure, ect
- Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate marketing metrics into actionable insights and strategies.
- Use data and analytics to continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of programs, adjusting strategy and tactics as needed to optimize spend
- Work closely with a team of designers and front end developers to assist with marketing assets and website management.
- Assist with events- related operational efforts (Marketing-operations related tasks)
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in a marketing role, 2+ years in a SaaS B2B company a must
- Solid experience in user acquisition- a must.
- Previous experience in iGaming / Forex verticals – an advantage
- SEO best practices familiarity – an advantage
- High level of English – speaking and writing – a must
- Effective organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively executing cross-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
- Tool Proficiency: Hands on experience in running traffic campaigns with platforms such as Google, MicrosoftAds, Linkedin – must.
- In-depth familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools, particularly Hubspot – an advantage
- Independent and reliable, “can-do” self-starter. Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
