The Crown Is Yours

Our FP&A team manages business planning and monitoring, financial forecasting and analysis, corporate development, and fundraising. As an FP&A Analyst, you will work cross-functionally across several groups, including finance, Business, marketing, Compliance, operations, and Human Resources. You will be responsible for planning, forecasting, month/quarter-end close, and reporting operating expenses across the organization. What you’ll do as an FP&A Analyst:

• Develop and maintain core reporting and analytics infrastructure and models while proactively surfacing opportunities.
• Build and optimize monthly, quarterly, annual forecasting processes and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze Forecast vs Actual analyses.
• Manage processes related to month-end and quarter-end closing, including supporting the accounting.
• Monitor expenses and revenue by engaging with cross-border partners, investigate differences, assist with new requests, and approve purchase orders.
• Preparing and improving monthly, quarterly, and annual various reports to Stakeholders.
• Participate in Annual budget process and multi-year planning.
• Build thoughtful analyses to drive better decisions and measure the efficacy of various initiatives to create actionable insights.
• Autonomously handle ad-hoc requests from the business.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• 1-2 years of experience in financial planning/Big4 CPA with 2 years of experience in tech audit/Economic department.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Team player with the ability to self-start and direct work in an unstructured environment.
• Detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and prioritize to deliver impact in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity to learn about a complex business and a desire to grow as an analyst.
• Experience with NetSuite is an advantage.
