Director of Cybersecurity

CyberProof is looking for a top-notch Director of Cybersecurity Content manager.

In this position, you will lead, manage, and guide cybersecurity content teams within the operations organization, reporting to the Managing Director of Global Operations.

This position requires leadership experience as well as knowledge and experience within the Cybersecurity industry. You will play a critical role in the success of CyberProof’s operations and services it provides to its customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to take CyberProof security content to its next level by leveraging automation, use cases catalogue and development of new Use Cases.

Responsibilities:

• Manage three teams of cybersecurity experts:
• a team of engineers and cyber analysts designing and implementing playbooks and automation.
• a team of cyber consultants defining and implementing Use Cases.
• a team of cyber engineers managing security controls data and its ingestion.
• Maintain security and methodical best practices.
• Oversee the automation plan, playbook development and design.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, solutions and emerging threats.
• Actively engage in daily tasks, develop, refine, remove roadblocks, and reduce technical debt.
• Team management based on predefined measurable KPI’s and reports.
• Engage with customers (inbound and outbound), while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Strive for constant improvement and promotion of the Cyber Security content, processes and teams.
• Manage the service definitions, updates, and pre-sales support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within cybersecurity content creation, managing a large team (20+ people).
• 10 years of Experience in cybersecurity operations.
• 2-5 years SOAR technologies experience, including hands-on security automation development.
• Strong communication skills, incl. presentations and written communication, fluent in English written and spoken.
• Extensive knowledge of security technologies and solutions, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, identity and access management, data encryption, EDR, SIEM, SOAR .
• Experience working in multi-culture companies.
• Experience working with inbound and outbound customers.
• Experience working with C-level – advantage.
• P&L Management experience– advantage.
• Experience working with Azure cloud and services - advantage.
• Versatility, fast learning, and autonomous work capabilities, with a can-do attitude.
