As a Junior Scrum Master Intern, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating and guiding Scrum teams through the product development process. You will learn to effectively manage project timelines, resolve impediments, and promote an agile mindset among team members. Responsibilities:

• Assist the Scrum Master in facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Help manage project timelines and ensure the team adheres to the agile framework.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and address impediments and challenges.
• Support the continuous improvement of the team's agile practices.
