Amazon Brand Manager

About the Role:

Atomic Growth is seeking a highly motivated Senior Brand Manager to act as a “mini CEO” for our Amazon brand. This role requires both a strategic perspective and an operational skill set to carry out desired strategies. This role will sit across all of the brand’s business functions and have full responsibility of the P&L. The candidate must be an excellent leader, communicator and be able to work well with both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a high level of autonomy and personal accountability.

Responsibilities include:

• Being the mini-CEO of one (or a portfolio of) digital brand(s) across various industries. You are the owner of your Brand’s P&L
• Inspiring, steering and developing your brand(s) from a 360° point of view, this includes new product development, new channel launches, content & creative development, performance marketing and supply-chain & logistics optimization
• Scaling your brand(s) by driving profitable growth and developing expansion strategies
• Working across all departments to establish efficient and integrated workflows with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Analyzing market trends and customer needs and defining product range development and extension
• Partnering with internal/external stakeholders to develop a go-to-market strategy and facilitate successful product launches and international expansion
• Analyzing PPC and other marketing campaigns; optimizing conversion, click-through-rate and advertising cost of sale
• Understanding the voice of the customer and implementing strategies to engage your community
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures

• A 5+ year of working with Amazon
• Managed an amazon brand with at least 1M in revenue
• 5+ years of experience in a highly analytical role where you led a business unit, had P&L responsibility, engaged in strategic decision-making and drove revenue and margin growth (General Manager, Founder, Product Owner)
• Relevant experience in brand management, product marketing and analytics, new product development and supply chain optimization in an FMCG or E-commerce environment
• Exposure to managing a portfolio of products or digital brands, preferably on Amazon or Shopify
• Deep understanding of project management and driving growth initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams such as marketing, content, supply chain and technology
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve as well as create and execute growth / optimization initiatives through data-driven decision making
• Positive energy, collaborative attitude, “no excuses, only solutions” mindset and ability to work comfortably in a diverse and international environment
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
• Excellent mathematical, writing, verbal and computer skills
• Ability to adapt to new tasks with little notice
• Effective leadership and coaching skills
• Strong desire to win
• DTC & Walmart experience a huge plus
