- Proven ability to own requirements and project manage Business Analysts and QA Testers
- Lead program-wide financial and management control activities. Including financial reporting and analysis, invoice payment, software and labor procurement, operational risk management activities such as quarterly and annual management control assessments. Perform regular presentation and review of program reporting to key senior executives.
- Develop, staff, and manage Project Management Office initiatives including the development of various complex, multi-phased information technology projects including digital payment and CRM applications. Comprises program governance, risk and issue governance, communication control, project coordination, development, operational procedures, implementation, and management of full system development lifecycle methodology.
- Manage program-wide administrative activities including contract administration, staffing procurement, software procurement, and facilities administration. Led all contract negotiations with outside vendors and suppliers.
