Sales Director to a Defense-tech company

Sales Director to a Defense-tech company, a strong background in the defense market, and extensive global market experience.

Reporting to the CEO, you will:

🔸Develop and execute successful targeted business development plans focused on the wireless communication at defense and HLS markets to meet achieve or exceed growth, revenue, and margin goals

🔸Create and implement strategic sales plans tailored for global markets, with a focus on OEM integrators partnerships Identify and engage with potential customers through various channels

🔸Lead the overall sales strategy for the company sales, coverage models, market segment strategy, competitive differentiation, pricing, and customer offerings.

🔸Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, budget and other key financial performance objectives

🔸Develop and track sales forecasts, goals and corresponding initiatives based upon overall strategy, market conditions and operational capabilities

Requirements:

🔸5+ years of experience in a similar role

🔸Experience in defense industry- and with wireless communication technologies - must

🔸Proven experience working in and understanding global markets

🔸High level of technological orientation - mandatory

🔸Proven Success with establishing sales organization and processes

🔸Bachelor's degree in engineering field, Master's degree in a business-related field - advantage

🔸Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports
