Systems implementer

We are hiring Systems implementer to join a stable & a unique governmental organization in Jerusalem!

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions and implement cutting-edge solutions in both existing and new systems.
• Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, ensuring ongoing assistance.
• Develop comprehensive training materials, including guides, presentations, videos, and additional support resources.
• Identify user requirements for enhancements and changes, producing detailed needs assessment documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in training and implementing information systems is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of expertise in preparing training materials such as presentations, videos, and guides for diverse information systems clients.
• At least 1 year of experience in user support and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with workflow processes, technical understanding, and analytical thinking.
