Role Description

This is a full-time PC Technician role, based in our Givat Brenner location. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, computer repairs, troubleshooting, and printer support. The role will be on-site and will require the candidate to work face-to-face with customers as well as provide support remotely.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Desktop Computers and Technical Support
• Experience with Printer Support and Computer Repair
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a similar position is preferred
• Certifications in relevant technologies (such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) would be beneficial
