Embedded Software Engineer

An established tech company specializing in communication, profitability, and renowned for its popular product. They focus on developing and marketing innovative wireless communication and entertainment systems. Their products, facilitating wireless group communication, are primarily designed for the motorcycle industry, surfers, field workers, and more.

The essence of the role involves being part of a team of 5 developers, reporting to the R&D manager.

Responsibilities include developing new products. The tech stack involves C, primarily embedded without an operating system, occasionally above Linux.

Located in the Sharon region, the company adopts a hybrid model, combining work-from-home and office presence. Globally, they employ around 140 individuals, with approximately 110 in Israel.

Requirements:

• Excellent graduate (B.Sc.) in CS/CE/EE from leading universities

• 5 years of proven track record in embedded software development (C/C++)

• Experience with embedded SW architecture design and system integration

• Strong knowledge and understanding of communication protocols.

• Experience with wireless communication (BT and BLE) - a considerable advantage

• Good communication skills and excellent teamwork capabilities

• Independent and self-motivated with a can-do attitude

• Capable of executing under uncertainty in a dynamic environment

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
