System Engineer

seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on the responsibility of managing the development of a system or its components throughout the product life cycle, while addressing customer needs, time constraints, and budget outlined by the project manager.

Responsibilities:

Integration Process Leadership:

• Lead the integration process in projects.
• Address and resolve architectural conflicts within the system.

System Specification:

• Write detailed system specifications.
• Develop system architecture.

Engineering Conflict Resolution:

• Manage and resolve engineering conflicts within the system.

High-Level Support:

• Provide high-level support in technical surveys.
• Write survey documents and system definition documents.

Project Work Plans Oversight:

• Oversee and track work plans.
• Plan, lead, and write test reports, providing support during field trials.

Secondary Contractors Management:

• Act as a secondary contractor.
• Write requirement specifications and provide technical management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Software Engineering.
• Two-plus years of experience in a systems engineering role.
• Ability to plan, lead, execute, and investigate experiments.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• High-level English proficiency.
• Team leadership experience is an advantage.
• Experience in leading autonomous multidisciplinary systems development is a plus.
• Experience in the development of aerial systems is an advantage.
